Launch day, 12th March 2020
ONSIDE was officially launched on 12 March 2020 in the Millennium Forum, Derry~Londonderry. Attendees on the day were treated to a Mayor’s welcome and wonderful guest speakers ranging from our funders’ the Special EU Programmes Body to participants who took part in our North West pilot.
We were delighted to have many of our pilot participants there on the day too, not only did they partake in the pilot but they also took part in our ‘official launch’ video (see opposite).

Guests were treated to local music talent ‘Conductology’ – a local pan-disability musical group. All funders participated in a joint launch day press release ‘ONSIDE – on the side of disabled people’ including Minister for Health Robin Swann, MLA and Minister for Health Simon Harris, TD and Gina McIntyre, Chief Executive, Special EU Programmes Body.
