Gemma Robinson, Project Manager

Gemma holds an MSc in Community Youth Work and has over 20 years’ experience in the Community and Voluntary Sector, specialising in project management, education, co-production and community engagement. Outside work, she enjoys spending time with her family, running, reading, and is currently completing an Executive MBA at Ulster University.

Greta Gurklyte Human Rights and Equality Officer:

Greta has worked with Disability Action since the original ONSIDE Project in 2022, developing extensive expertise in disability rights, accessibility, and the challenges disabled people face in everyday life. In 2023, she provided evidence to the UN Committee on breaches of disabled people’s rights in the UK. She facilitates the Disability Housing Forum, contributes to a range of disability-focused groups, and is passionate about ensuring disabled people’s voices are heard. As a person with reduced mobility, Greta is a committed advocate for accessibility and inclusion. In her free time Greta likes spending time with family and friends.

Judith Kinsella, Administration Officer:

Judith joined the team after a career in factual television production, Where she specialised in engaging with communities and members of the public. She has cast real people for television programmes, ensuring people from all walks of life were represented, and gained extensive welfare experience by supporting contributors throughout the production process. Outside of work, Judith loves to spend time with her partner Andrew, her rescue cocker spaniel Clemmie and her cast, Juno and Vega. She also enjoys getting out into nature, wild swimming and cooking.

Joe Mc Stravick, Community Navigator: 

Joe will be based across Armagh City, Banbridge and Craigavon. Joe has a background in film, TV, XR production and in photography. He has also worked in education and community education for the last 19 years.

Anne McCrory – Community Navigator

Anne is an experienced employment and community support professional with a strong background in disability services, employability, and community engagement. She is committed to helping people overcome barriers, build confidence, and access opportunities for employment, training, and independent living.

Victoria McAuley, Community Development Worker

Victoria has 10 years’ experience supporting people with disabilities, she has a passion for inclusion, enabling people to achieve their full potential and become active members of their community. She has a background in psychology, with a MSc in health psychology. In her spare time, she enjoys being ‘Mum’ and spending time with her family.

Ryan McBride – Community Navigator

Ryan has a background in disability support, community engagement and person-centred practice. He holds a BA (Hons) in Sport coaching and development. Outside work, Ryan enjoys weightlifting, cardio training and watching a wide range of sports.

Tracey McGoldrick – Community Navigator

Tracey has previously worked with Disability Action for 3 years as a DSW. With many previous years of experience in the community sector she is excited to join the ONSIDE team and begin this new role.

Grainne Bradley – Community Navigator

Grainne holds P.G.C.F.E., Certificate in Teaching and BA (HONS) in Business. and has experience delivering a range of accredited qualifications, providing guidance and support to service users, and helping people access employment, education, training, and volunteering opportunities. I am passionate about promoting inclusion, strengthening communities, and empowering people to reach their full potential through partnership, engagement, and lifelong learning. Outside of work, I enjoy gardening, walking, Pilates, and yoga which helps me stay active.

Grace Fairley – Community Navigator

Grace is passionate about creating inclusive and accessible spaces. She has 8 years’ experience coordinating festivals, events, and workshops. She is finishing her MSc in Disability Studies Rights and Inclusion. She is an artist and loves reading, dancing and scrabble.
